Hi, I’m James — I run ViziAds
Visionary Ads LLC (ViziAds) is a local marketing company built for one kind of client: the Arizona service business that does great work but doesn’t show up when customers search for it.
I started ViziAds because I saw the same problem over and over — good plumbers, HVAC techs, and roofers losing jobs to bigger companies with worse work, simply because those companies showed up first on Google. Cold calls and door-knocking are dying. When someone’s water heater bursts at 9pm, they Google it. My job is to make sure they find you.

How long does it take to rank in Google’s Top 3?
For most service businesses, fixing the Google Business Profile (categories, services, photos) can move the needle in 2–6 weeks. Getting into — and staying in — the Maps Top 3 usually takes 2–4 months of reviews, pages, and cleanup, depending on how competitive your trade and city are. Anyone who guarantees you #1 in a week is lying to you.
What matters more: my website or my Google Business Profile?
For “near me” and Maps searches, your Google Business Profile matters most — it’s what shows in the Top 3. Your website matters for the regular results below the map, and for convincing people who click through. You need both, but we always fix the profile first because it moves fastest.
Do reviews really affect my ranking?
Yes. Review count, average rating, how recent the reviews are, and whether the owner replies are all ranking and trust signals. A business with 150 recent reviews will usually outrank — and out-convert — a similar business with 20 old ones, even if the work is identical.
Should I run Google Ads or do SEO first?
Both do different jobs. Ads buy calls today and stop the day you stop paying. SEO and your profile build an asset that keeps producing calls. Our usual order: fix the profile and foundations first (fastest wins), then add Ads for your highest-value services if you want more volume right away.
I already have a website. Do I need a new one?
Not necessarily. If your site loads fast and has (or can have) a clear page for each service and city, we can usually work with it. If it’s a single page with no service pages, a rebuild of just those pages is often enough. We’ll tell you honestly after the free visibility check.
